Johannes Gandil was a Danish amateur footballer, who played one
game as a forward for the Denmark national football team, winning a
silver medal at the 1908 Summer Olympics. He also competed at the
1900 Summer Olympics in Paris, France as a track and field athlete.
During his career, Gandil represented Copenhagen clubs B, KB, and B
93. He played his only Danish national team game in the semi-final
of the 1908 Summer Olympics, as Denmark beat France A 17-1 on
October 22, 1908.
