Florida State Road 329 is a short state highway running south and north through Gainesville, Florida. It is named South Main Street. South Main Street actually begins south of the southern terminus of SR 329 at the southeast corner of US 441 and Florida State Road 331. SR 331 becomes the new designation for South Main Street, then SR 329 begins at a T-intersection in front of Bivens Arm Nature Park. SR 331 runs uninterrupted onto Waldo Road.
