I can highly recommend this product to anyone who has any sinus troubles, after four courses of antibiotics within a month - I decided I needed to do something else to assist my sinus problems. I must say this has made the difference - I use it in my bedroom at night for a couple of hours as well as in my office at home for a couple of hours a day.

Riqardo N, the instructions clearly state that the lid has to PLACED on top, not clipped on, and not screwed on. ;-) I received my Crystal Aire standard air purifier yesterday (27 Oct 16) and I absolutely LOVE it! I live in a pine forest and have suffered badly from sinus and severe throat infections in the past 3yrs due to the immense amount of pollen. After 2 courses of antibiotics in only 4 months (this year), breaking down my immune system even further, I decided to give this product a try. Last night was the only time I could actually BREATHE in my house! ♥♥♥ BEST BUY!!! Would recommend it to anyone with sinus problems in high pollen count areas. ;-)

We have two of these and two of the executive models. All have been functioning perfectly for about a year now. To keep them working, do not run them under the minimum water level and never turn the top part upside down as water can run into areas that should remain dry at all times. Oh, and we've only used the recommended scented oils. These air purifiers are fine for busier areas in the house, but too noisy for a bedroom or office - invest in the executive model for those areas as it emits very little noise (obviously don't place it on your nightstand right by your head if you are a light sleeper). I give three stars for the regular model because it is noisy. The executive model is a five star product, but I subtract one star on account of it being so expensive.

Not impressed with this product as it states that the lid should be secure. There is no way of securing the lid, it doesn't clip or screw on.

I loved this product at the beginning, but now 3 months down the line and it's broken!! You spend all that money on a product for it to stop working after just 3 months!!
