Restoration is Volume II in the Raphamotion series. Rapahmotion is the answer to a dilemma which occurred in my life. Conviction came and I could no longer be accepting of things that were contrary to my Christian beliefs. Exercise has always been a key factor in the quest for a healthy lifestyle. Watkins holds a Bachelor's in Physical Education, and a Master's in Public Health, both from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is Level 2 Yogafit certified and served as Adjunct Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she taught Concepts of Health and Fitness through the Department of Human Studies as well as a variety of exercise courses through the Division of Special Studies, including personal fitness, fit for life, gymnastics, body sculpting, weight training, and yoga. Watkins resides in Leeds, Alabama with herhusband Andy and two children, Danielle and David where they attend Bethel Baptist Church in Odenville. Watkins is the founder of Raphamotion.
