Be itfurther enacted, That the time for holding the Tim" 'M hld'first election for ofiicers, authorized to be elected by the third section of this act, shall be designated by the Judge of the County Court of said county, but that the election for said officers afterwards shall be held as provided for by law. That the returns from the several precincts of said county for the said first election ofsaid county officers, shall be made to the Judge of said County Court, and by said Judge transmitted to the Governor of the Territory, bttt the returns for the election of said ofiicers after said first election, shall be made as directed by lawn Sec. 5. Be it further enacted., That the Judge of the County Court to be appointed by virtue ofthis act, shall hold two terms C11r1B-of his court, beginning on the first Monday in March and on the first Monday of Octoberin each and every year; which court shall be held at the place known as Daniel's place, until a permanent county site be selected and established. Be it further enacted, That the voters in said county, who are by law qualified to vote for members ofthe Legis. lative Council, shall, at the time of the election, held for the election ofthe different county ofiicers, authorized by the third section of this act, elect four Commissioners, from the extreme four corners of the said county, or as near as practicable, whose duty it shall be to proceed to select and locate a permanent county site on some unoccupied spot ofland, as neat as practicable to the centre of said county.
