When you download the free Garmin Connect Mobile app to your smartphone, Forerunner 230 offers automatic uploads2 to our online community where you can save, plan and share your activities. You can also view your data on a desktop by plugging in your device and opening Garmin Connect on a web browser. Additional connected features include live tracking2, which allows your friends and fans to follow along and see your stats in real time. If you run with your smartphone4, audio prompts will keep you on pace with lap and lap time reminders.
