Sky News Arabia is a British-Emirati news and current affairs channel to be broadcast in the Middle East and North Africa. It is a joint venture between UK-based BSkyB and Abu Dhabi Media Investment Corporation owned by Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, a member of the Abu Dhabi Emirate ruling family. The channel uses BSkyB's Sky News brand and is set to launch in 2012. The channel is based in Abu Dhabi's twofour54 media zone and will have a network of bureaux across MENA, along with offices in London and Washington, DC. It will also share access to Sky News' wider international bureaux network.
