This is an initial pilot study regarding limit state reliability and FPSOs. The work is entirely based on a review of literature and hence the reliability levels quoted exist with varying levels of uncertainty as sources vary from detailed reports to purely judgmental estimates. This should be borne in mind when interpreting any number from the report.
