I am not sure that the author really understands allergies or food intollerances. She talks about what is gluten and wheat in the beginning of the book, then mentions recipes that you can buy a packet of soup powder!? That contains gluten, wheat, soy just to name a few. The book is advertised as gluten, wheat, dairy, egg and soy-free which I thought is perfect for my kids with food allergies, what a waste of money. I forked out the money thinking it would be worth it. Try bake gluten-free, nor just write in a footnote to substitute one thing for another, not quite the same thing. People really don't know how difficult allergies and food intollerances truly can be, maybe first experience it yourself to the full extent before publishing a book about it. Just my two cents.
