He currently plays for C.D. Necaxa in the Honduran top division. Valladares made his Honduran League professional debut for C.D. Motagua on 20 January 2008, in match against Hispano F.C.. He scored his first goal against Platense on 3 May 2008 in Danl . He took part of the Honduras national U-20 team squad that played in the 2009 CONCACAF U-20 Championship where he scored two goals. In 2011 he was transferred to C.D. Necaxa.
