Prima Donna is the second studio album by Jamaican singer, Tami Chynn, which was supposed to be released in 2008 through Konvict Muzik (under theSRC Records/Universal Mowtown Records labels). She worked with Akon, who is featured on the album's promo single "Frozen," and RedOne, who produced it. Chynn began recording the album at Akon's Atlanta studio's in early 2008 with Akon and RedOne producing the album in 2 weeks. On March 22, 2008 Tami made her first appearance in the UK on the BBC Radio show 1Xtra Live with Akon to promote her new single "Frozen." On August 12, 2008 Tami performed Frozen with Akon at the 2008 DJ Expo in Atlantic City, along with a few new tracks of her sophomore album, Hypnotico and another titled To Da Floor. During October, 2008 she opened for New Kids on the Block on their New Kids on the Block Tour alongside Lady Gaga, Natasha Bedingfield and Colby O'Donis.
