Rava Rajput (Paperback)

Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Rajputs are historically valiant natives of the state of Rajasthan in India. All of them migrated from Rajasthan to the other states of India. At present we find them distributed throughout the entire country. However good it may not look at present, the castes in India have subdivided into the sub-castes on a social acceptance level. And so it has happened to Rajputs. Rajputs are concentrated in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and also in some the south Indian cities. Rawa Rajput is a diverse clan of the Rajputs, where many of them link themselves to different lineages. Rawa Rajputs belong to only 6 kuls, namely Gaholot, Kushwaha, Tanwar, Yadu, Chauhan and Panwar, out of 36 kuls of Rajputs. Most of them put a title of Singh as their surname but many of them, who belong to Tanwar Kul of Chandar Vans, identify themselves as Tanvar or Mogha.
