Selura is a lake in the municipality of Flekkefjord in Vest-Agder
county, Norway. The lake is located 32 meters above sea level and
is about 130 meters at its deepest. Selurafossen, the waterfall
Lake Selura, provided a source of power for some industries,
including a barrel factory and tannery. Flekkefjord is a town and
municipality in the county of Vest-Agder, Norway. The town of
Flekkefjord was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838
(see formannskapsdistrikt). The rural municipalities of Bakke,
Gyland, Hidra, and Nes were merged with Flekkefjord on 1 January
