"The Prince and the Pauper" is a wonderful piece of classic, satirical literature by Mark Twain. This book is about a beggar and a prince who switch roles. The story is set over 300 years ago. The characters appear in 16th century England. Prince Edward is forced to switch places with a young pauper named Tom Canty who looks quite similar to the Prince. Please Note: This book is easy to read in true text, not scanned images that can sometimes be difficult to decipher. The Microsoft eBook has a contents page linked to the chapter headings for easy navigation. The Adobe eBook has bookmarks at chapter headings and is printable up to two full copies per year.
