Finland, 1973: President Urho Kekkonen has been in power for nearly seventeen years, and is then handed another four years in office, as if on a plate. Some people think that's one liberty too many for the old man. Some of them want him dead, and are prepared to try and make that happen. Some will go so far as to make themselves poor to do it. Others won't need to dig that deep. Are they amateurs or professionals? Is this a top-level conspiracy, or a natter between chums that gets out of hand? Either way, they have to be stopped.
