Excerpt: ...Kingston afforsaid Deceased died seized of; as may be seen Reference being had to the Devision deeds of the Estate of Israel Bradford late of said Kingston Deceased, Recorded with the Records of Deeds for the County of Plymouth Book 5 7 Folio 161 & 162 & decended to the said Lydia Holmes the Daughter & sole Heir of the said Benjamin Bradford by right of Inheritance, Exepting & reserving to ourselves, our Heirs & assigns forever all the salt meadow or marsh that belonged to the Estate of the said Benjamin Bradford deceasd, for our, or their, own property & we the Sad Levi & Lydia do by these presents convey.... to him the Said Thomas.... all the Right title & Intrest in, & to any Ceader swamp that belonged to the Estate of the Said Benjamin Deceased, that is, or may be found in the Town of Plimton in the County of Plymouth afforsaid," The deed was dated 7 December, 1785. It was acknowledged by both grantors, 30 August, 1790, before Ignatius Loring, Justice of the Peace. The witnesses were Jedediah Holmes and Nathaniel Randall.
