Are Your Affairs in Order? Guidelines to Assist You (Paperback)

,
Carl S. Barham's motivation for collaborating to write this book is his strong belief that a Will is the cornerstone to sound estate planning. His experiences through the years of working with clients, and communicating with friends about having their affairs in order, indicated that many of them lacked the knowledge or failed to prepare for the inevitable end. Writing a practical, easily comprehensive, and time-sensitive approach to Wills became a passion. Mavis Lewis was motivated to address the topic of Wills as a result of her association with friends and the deaths of their relatives and close friends, some of whom died without a Will (intestate). She came to realize the importance of one's having a will. For those of her friends and relatives who did not have wills, she became the driving force that encouraged them to write one, many times doing so for them. As the representative for her late father's estate and that of a very close friend, she knew that her knowledge had to be shared, Thus, the motivation and the eventual collaboration with Dr, Barham for the writing of "Are Your Affairs in Order? Guidelines to Assist You"
