This book has contained basic information on how could mismatches
between teacher's beliefs and their practices could affect the
teaching of writing skills. It has also literature on the issues of
beliefs and practices. Generally, I found this book to be very much
helpful, especially for those teachers who are teaching English in
Ethiopia and for those researchers who want to conduct research in
