When it is impossible for all parties to follow the usual practice and sign concurrently, the execution shall be held to be completed on the date on which the deed is last signed by any party thereto, and that date shall be entered as the date of execution in the body of the deed. OCCUPATION OF POLICE REST-HOUSES. No. 228, dated 10th June 1904. Page 107, Chapter VIII--Add the following as sub-paragraphs (1), (2) and (3) to paragraph 332: --(1) The rest-houses having been constructed primarily for the convenience of European officers, their use is not permitted to Native officers of any Department who do not strictly conform to European customs and usage, both as to the rest-house and in furniture.
