I must leave it to those whom it may concern to reconcile with these words the following Gloss occurring elsewhere in the Canon Law: "Non ergo papa habet omnia iura in pectore suo." (Gratiani Decret. It is manifest "Nondebere plus esse in rubro quam in nigro; id est, summarium & glossam non debere a textu discrepare: Sed huiusmodi alia longe plura observari colligique in hoc jure possunt."
