I bought Russell Hobbs Satin Hand Mixer duo, there's no object to put beaters and dough hooks, what must I do now??

We ordered the Russell Hobbs hand mixer duo and twice have been sent the Russell Hobbs hand mixer. Cannot understand how twice they can send the incorrect order. They are different in packaging and accessories. I find this totally unacceptable
