Black Peril: A Profession Called Swindler (Paperback)

Nowadays, a novel profession has risen stand out internationally from the black world. The profession is called Black Swindler. To be such a membership, one must fulfill at least four prerequisites, 1. Black: the candidate's skin must be black, and so are its blood and even its heart; 2. English: the candidate must have some knowledge of English. It would be nice even it speaks very miserable English, which makes it fabricate a story of a dead person's bank account; 3. e-mail: the candidate must possess the ability to use e-mail so that it could send the fabricated stories to the dupe; 4. Shamelessness or disgracefulness: this condition seems the critically important to the candidate. If the candidate is not of this nature, it could not cheat the money from the dupe. And therefore, it is unqualified. Who on earth is qualified?
