This is a very good Bible for people in leadership. It consists of three main headings: Personal Development, Skills and Relationships. Under each, there are a host of sub-topics. Under Personal Development you will find character, humility, integrity, commitment etc; under Skills the authors address accountability, communication skills, decision making etc; and under Relationships it looks at encouragement, exhortation, interpersonal relationships and healthy alliances, to name but a few. The authors then divide each study into a weekly topic for devotional study, links it to Biblical characters but most importantly states how God sees a particular leadership trait. It is highly organised, and you can start with any topic and complete it within a week, preferably. It also has book introductions which highlights the leadership successes and failures of those in a specific passage within a book. Potential leaders will definitely find it useful.
