Excerpt: Arpeggio was the leader of the Klaww Gang and one of the main villains of Sly 2: Band of Thieves. He was a small British parrot (or macaw) who desired to wield the power of Clockwerk, Sly Cooper's nemesis. He manipulated the Cooper Gang into stealing the Clockwerk components from his fellow Klaww Gang members for him, but his plans were foiled when he was betrayed by his protege and assisstant, Neyla and killed. He is voiced by Sam Mowry. Arpeggio attended a prestigious boarding school, so his background life and information on his parents are a mystery. He was at the top of his class intellectually, excelling in all subjects, but due to his tiny body and wings, he was unable to fly, and fell behind the other kids physically.
