The top review is ridiculous, it's a heater idiot, don't touch hot things! Oh my goodness, I wasted a minute of my life reading that!

We received the heater, plugged it in immediately and noticed that the entire heater was super hot ie: handles, buttons, everything. I burnt my hand trying to turn down the heat and eventually had to switch it off at the plug point. Unplugged it and moved it to a different room. Tried again the next day, same outcome, so hot that if we had a pet or a child, they would have burnt themselves. Once agin, unplugged the heater. Third day, plugged it once note to test, (before returning the item), and it wouldn’t switch on. The response from Loot was that the company that sold the heater wants to see if it was caused by the customer, before refunding. I’m quite shocked as it’s a heater, there is only an on and off switch with a knob for the temp, so how can it be something caused by the user. This item was a safety hazard and I actually have a burn mark as proof! The item was requested for a return within less than a few days of receipt, therefore if we don’t get a full refund, I am not going to be happy.

It is great at heating up a room. It comes with nails as well, so you can choose to mount it or have it placed on the floor. It is a bit hot to move whilst switched on

Awesome heater, it looks good and it works well. It does get a bit hot to the touch when it's set to the highest possible temperature setting, but not hot enough to injure or burn the skin if touched accidentally (well, it didn't do anything to my skin). I prefer using this heater to a gas heater or an oil fin heater because it's neat and easy to store but as with most heaters, heed caution with small children or pets (although my cat certainly loves it too).
