Not only is this book beautifully put together, it surprised me with a great balance of REAL FOOD recipes. I eat a very balanced diet but avoid gluten as I have an autoimmune condition, so when I got my book and went through it I was happy to see the author included lots of recipes that would totally float anyone's boat, but specially if you have any food intolerance or sensitivities. Ingredients are locally found and the recipes are totally varied and exciting! Great balanced book! This book is great for people who love to cook but perhaps live a very busy lifestyle, so the weekends are really all the time they have - like me! Also great for first time entertainers.
