Adel Taarabt is a Moroccan player who plays for Queens Park Rangers as an attacking midfielder and can also be used as a winger.

Taarabt began his playing career in France at Lens but made only one senior appearance before moving to Tottenham Hotspur in 2007. Upon signing for Tottenham he was hyped as the next Zinedine Zidane but he failed to break into the first team at Spurs under Juande Ramos or Harry Redknapp either. After only seven appearances he moved to Championship side QPR on loan firstly in March 2009 and again in July 2009. On 1 October 2009, Taarabt scored a "wonder strike" in a match against Preston North End. He collected the ball on his chest inside the QPR half and dribbling 20 yards past three players and curled in a shot from 25 yards. This led QPR manager Jim Magilton to label Taarabt as a "genius" and the goal is seen as one of the Championship's finest.

He was signed permanently for a reported 1 million in August 2010 quickly establishing himself at Loftus Road and becoming a favourite with the fans. This proved to be one of the bargains of the season as Taarabt went on to score 19 goals in 44 league appearances that season for the West London club. With his unpredictable skill and reputation for never giving the opposition defence an easy 90 minutes Taarabt went on to win the Championship Player of The Year and gained a place in The Championships best XI.

In 2011, Taarabt's goals helped QPR gain promotion to the Premier League where he was tipped to flourish like he had done in the Championship. However QPR struggled in their first season back in the Premier League and Taarabt was unsettled by the arrival of Joey Barton at the club who was named club captain instead of Taarabt as well as constant links with a move to Paris Saint Germain and Napoli. Taarabt did not score a league goal until he struck in a 2-1 win against Arsenal in March 2012. He was also named man of the match and followed it up by scoring a second in a 1-0 victory over former club Tottenham three weeks later, a game which also saw him sent off.

Morocco
Taarabt represented France at youth levels but opted to play for his native Morocco at senior level making his debut in February 2009 against the Czech Republic. To date he has made 15 appearances for Morocco scoring four goals.

Bobby Zamora was another late arrival in January 2012, signing a two-and-a-half-year deal on the final day of the transfer window where he joined up once again with Mark Hughes, who he had worked under at Fulham.

2011/2012 Season

Zamora was expected to play alongside Djibril Cisse in attack for the season's final run of games and all started very brightly when they featured for the first time together against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Loftus Road on February 4th.

Cisse was heavily involved in the build-up to Zamora's debut goal which gave Rangers the lead after 16 minutes.

The R's were creating chances aplenty and looked to be well on their way to an important win against their relegation rivals.

However, Cisse was sent off moments later and suffered a further red card at Sunderland. The subsequent ban for the Frenchman led to Zamora being used as a lone striker for key matches in our relegation run-in - and it proved to be a hugely successful tactic.

So much so, in fact, that Cisse was initially unable to get back into the side when he was available.

Zamora's tireless work-rate and hold-up play was a huge factor in vital wins against Liverpool, Arsenal, Swansea City, Tottenham Hotspur and Stoke City, while he also netted an equaliser against Everton.

Every point, we would later discover, was critical.

Thomas William "Tom" Cleverley is an English footballer who plays mainly as a central midfielder for Manchester United and England.

After starting his career in the youth setup at Bradford City, Cleverley joined Manchester United at the age of 12. Between 2007 and 2009 he played for Manchester United's reserve team, and occasionally in first team friendly matches. Cleverley was loaned to League One side Leicester City at the start of 2009, for whom he made his first Football League appearances, helping the team secure the League One title and promotion to the Championship. He spent the 2009-10 season on loan with Watford in the Championship, where he scored 11 goals in 33 league games and was voted as their Player of the Season. On 31 August 2010, he joined Wigan Athletic on a season long loan, where he scored three goals in 25 appearances and helped them to avoid relegation on the final day of the season. He returned to Manchester United for the start of the 2011-12 season and made his first competitive appearance in the Community Shield victory against Manchester City.

Manchester United first team
Paul Scholes' retirement before the 2011-12 season left an opening in Manchester United's central midfield. Cleverley has been identified by manager Sir Alex Ferguson as a potential homegrown replacement for Scholes. Cleverley was praised by Ferguson after playing the full 90 minutes in a 2-1 victory over Barcelona in a preseason friendly match. Ferguson said that Cleverley was United's "best player" against Barcelona and he indicated that there is a strong possibility that Cleverley could be among the starting eleven in the opening round fixture of the Premier League season against West Bromwich Albion.

Cleverley made his competitive debut for United in the 3-2 comeback win over derby rivals Manchester City in the 2011 Community Shield. He came on as a second-half substitute for Michael Carrick after United went 2-0 down at half time, and assisted Nani's equaliser, after a pass and move build up.

For the 2011-12 season he changed his number to 23 which was previously vacated by Jonny Evans who took Wes Brown's old number 6. He started his first Premier League game for Manchester United on 14 August 2011, playing the full 90 minutes away to West Bromwich Albion in the first game of the 2011-12 season. After impressing in his opening game, Cleverley started Manchester United's second game of the campaign against Tottenham Hotspur on 22 August, getting an assist in the process. He played the full game against Arsenal on 28 August 2011, which Manchester United won 8-2. Cleverley sustained a ligament damage in his foot after being tackled heavily by Bolton's Kevin Davies in the 3rd minute of United's next game, a 5-0 away victory at Bolton Wanderers. It was later confirmed by the club that he would be sidelined for a month with the injury. In October 2011 he signed a new contract keeping him at the club until 2015. On 25 October 2011, Cleverley made his return from injury in the Carling Cup, a 3-0 win against Aldershot Town. He made another appearance 4 days later, away to Everton. Cleverley played in a more advanced midfield role, linking defence with attack and was arguably Manchester United's best player. He left the field of play after 57 minutes due to an ankle injury, but his performance was later hailed by his manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, as "outstanding". On 6 January 2012 he Tweeted "Plan to b outside running in two weeks and training the week after that. Cnt wait to b back!".

On 20 January, Ferguson stated "I am hopeful in 10 days' time he will be training then we can kick on." Cleverley was due to return for the game at Old Trafford against Liverpool on 11 February 2012, but he was an unused substitute. He eventually returned in a Europa League 2-0 away win against Ajax at the Amsterdam Arena.

In his first season he gradually played his way into the side, and appeared at Stamford Bridge as a substitute in a Champions League dead rubber. At the end of the season he scored in the Copa Del Rey final, and was voted the club's Young Player of the Year.

After four years at the Mestalla, in which he scored 43 times in 179 appearances, Mata spoke with Andre Villas-Boas and was convinced Stamford Bridge was the place for him despite interest from other clubs. International

Theo James Walcott joined Arsenal from Southampton in January 2006 witha reputation as a speed merchant. His lightning pace is still hisbiggest asset but Theo's decision-making and all-round game hasimproved year on year.

Theo he has chosen some big Champions League games in which display hisfinest work - Barcelona 2010 and Liverpool 2008.

He remains a winger for now but Arsene Wenger still sees a striker inhim. Wherever he plays there is more to come from Theo Walcott. 2005/06
Theo initially joined the Club as a scholar in January 2006 and signeda professional contract on his 17th birthday on March 16.

"I'm so pleased to be joining Arsenal, a club I have admired for a longtime. Coming to Arsenal will give me the opportunity to work with worldclass players every day and play football at the highest possiblelevel."

He became England's youngest ever player when he came on as asubstitute against Hungary in May and, without playing a single gamefor Arsenal, was selected for the 2006 World Cup in Germany, though hedidn't feature.

2006/07
It wasn't until the opening day of the following season that Theo madehis Arsenal debut, when he came on as a substitute in the first game atEmirates Stadium against Aston Villa.

Theo made his first start on October 14 against Watford in the PremierLeague though a nagging shoulder injury meant he was restricted to only13 starts in all competitions. His first goal in an Arsenal shirt cameon the big stage when he opened the scoring in the 2007 League CupFinal against Chelsea.

Arsene Wenger said Theo's shoulder injury blighted the teenager'scampaign. "Until he had his shoulder injury he was very promising. After he had his shoulder injury he was 50 per cent of what he wasbefore."

2007/08
The following season, Theo continued to grow into one of the country'sbrightest talents.

His next goal for Arsenal came in the Champions League against SlaviaPrague on October 23 and he admitted it was nice to finally score infront of the Arsenal fans.

"It's a weight off my shoulders in a way. The fans have been brilliantto me since I joined the Club. Every game the cheers are massive. Itwas good to get those goals for them."

His first goals in the Premier League came on February 23 againstBirmingham at St Andrews, in a game overshadowed by a horrific injuryto Eduardo.

His campaign will be mostly remembered for the part he played in theChampions League Quarter Final against Liverpool at Anfield on April 8.Theo produced an amazing 60-yard run past four Liverpool players andset up Emmanuel Adebayor to score a goal that at the time seemed enoughto send Arsenal through.

He made 20 starts in all competitions and 19 substitute appearances, scoring seven times throughout the season.

2008/09
In June, the Club announced Theo would wear the No 14 jersey vacated byThierry Henry.

He started the season as a regular on the right side of the Arsenalmidfield and the teenager confirmed his quality with a stunninghat-trick as England beat Croatia 4-1 in Zagreb in September. "I amdelighted of course," said Arsene Wenger. "I am not surprised becausehe is a player who has good timing with his runs and is a clinicalfinisher who can score goals."

Theo's progress suffered when he dislocated his right shoulder while oninternational duty with England in November, though he made a fullrecovery and returned to the Arsenal side as a substitute againstBurnley on March 8. He made 27 starts during the season and scored sixtimes.

In May, Theo signed a new long-term contract with the Club and said:"I'm absolutely delighted to have signed a new long term contract. I'mso happy here and just want to say thanks to everyone who has helped meget to this point in my career."

2009/10
Theo's performances were always going to come under scrutiny in a WorldCup year and the only regret is that Arsenal fans did not see more ofhim.

The 21-year-old's campaign was halted time and time again by injuriesand, in reality, he never really got a proper 'pre-season' under hisbelt after sitting out most of last summer.

Theo had to wait until October to get his season underway because of aback problem picked up in August. But when he returned he did so instyle, scoring against Blackburn Rovers. A knee injury then kept Theoout for a further three weeks and when he made his second comeback hestruggled to find form immediately.

Aaron Justin Lennon (born 16 April 1987) is an English footballer who plays as a right winger for Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League and the England national team.

Tottenham Hotspur
The winger was named the supporters' Player of the Season for 2008-09. He terrorised left-backs up and down the country during his 47 games in all competitions, earning a new five-year contract at the Club in March 2009 as well as a recall to the England senior squad the same week. Aaron also scored five goals during the campaign. It was a season of transition for Spurs, whose manager Juande Ramos was sacked in late October after a terrible start to the season to be replaced by Harry Redknapp, who steered them to a secure an 8th place finish and also to the final of the Football League Cup, which they lost on penalties to Manchester United after a goalless draw at Wembley. On 28 October 2008, Lennon scored a last gasp equaliser in a memorable clash against North London rivals Arsenal, which ended 4-4 and was Harry Redknapp's first game in charge.

His goals early in the 2009-10 season - against West Ham at Boleyn Ground, and Birmingham City - kept Tottenham at the top of the league table, with four successive wins, their best start to a league season since the 1960-61 season.

On 24 October 2009, Lennon was injured in a match against Stoke City, Tottenham were consequently reduced to ten men as manager Harry Redknapp had used all three available substitutes. However he returned on November 22 in a 9-1 victory against Wigan Athletic. He provided three assists and scored one goal. He was substituted in the 79th minute for David Bentley receiving a standing ovation from the fans at White Hart Lane.

The Tottenham winger suffered a groin injury in December 2009, against West Ham United, which kept him out of the team during the first months of 2010 and in the run up to the 2010 World Cup. He made his return from the groin injury in a 3-1 defeat against Manchester United at Old Trafford on 24 April.

On 28 November 2010, he scored a last minute winner in a 2-1 victory against Liverpool at White Hart Lane after a Benoit Assou-Ekotto long ball. On 15 February 2011, Lennon went on a blistering run as Tottenham counter-attacked and then delivered a perfect pass to assist Peter Crouch in a 1-0 win over AC Milan at the San Siro in the Round of 16 of the Champions league.

On 18 August 2011 Lennon scored in a 5-0 win against Hearts in a Europa League play-off. He scored his first Premier League goal of the season against Fulham at Craven Cottage. On December he scored his second goal of the season in a 3-0 win against Bolton at White Hart Lane. His next goal came on 11 January 2012 in a 2-0 home win against Everton.

Cheick Ismael Tiote is an Ivorian footballer who plays for Premier League club Newcastle United and the Ivory Coast national team. He has been described as a "tough tackling defensive midfielder."

His name is frequently misspelled as "Cheik", but the player himself confirmed to the Newcastle Evening Chronicle newspaper that the correct spelling is "Cheick".

Newcastle United

Tiote joined English Premier League side Newcastle United on 26 August 2010 for a fee of 3.5 million after he was granted a work permit. He made his debut on 18 September 2010 against Everton at Goodison Park. His debut was very successful - completing all of his 64 passes. He also made two interceptions, completed all five of his attempted tackles, and his only shot was on target. He started all of the rest of the Magpies' games, putting in strong performances against Manchester City and in the 2-1 away win over West Ham. Tiots received man of the match for his performance in the 1-0 away victory against Wigan Athletic.

He was sent off in the 3rd Round FA Cup tie against Stevenage suffering a three match domestic ban, but scored a memorable first goal on his return, scoring a 25-yard volley for the late equaliser in a 4-4 draw against Arsenal, a game the Magpies trailed 0-4 at half time.

On 25 February 2011 Newcastle United announced that Tiote had signed a new six-and-a-half year contract to show his commitment to the club, keeping him at Newcastle until 2017. Upon signing his new deal, Tiote said 'The experience of playing in the Premier League has been better than I ever hoped it could be. This is a great club and the fans have been brilliant - I have never known support like it.
