Spend your Multiply Money with Momentum Multiply

Momentum Multiply members can use their Multiply Money to shop for a wide variety of products through our Multiply partner stores and the Multiply Online Shop. Multiply Money is the rewards wallet you build by earning cashbacks when you engage in healthy choices, manage your money well and shop with Multiply partners. You can pay using the money in your Multiply Money payment wallet or a combination of your payment wallet and your personal bank card.

If you’re an Engage Plus, Premier or Starter member, your rewards and cashback levels depend on your Multiply status. Higher statuses mean bigger savings and more cashbacks every time you shop.

On special Multiply promotional days, you can enjoy boosted offers or increased partner rewards for a limited time, giving you even more value when you spend your Multiply Money.

It’s easy to shop using your Multiply Money:

1. Browse a Multiply Partner or the Multiply Online Shop
Visit multiplyonlineshop.co.za or shop with one of our retail partners and choose the products you want.

2. Add items to your cart
Shop as you normally would and proceed to checkout.

3. Choose Multiply Money as your payment method
At checkout, select to pay using your Multiply Money payment wallet. You can pay in full with your payment wallet or pay part of the amount with your available Multiply Money and settle the balance with your personal bank card.

4. Log in securely
You’ll be prompted to log in with your Momentum or Multiply details to complete your payment securely.

5. Pay with Multiply Money
Select how much of your Multiply Money you’d like to use for the purchase. Your available balance will be reflected, and you can top up with your bank card if needed.
Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation notification.

After confirming your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation number from the partner store or the Multiply Online Shop. Your order will then be processed and delivered according to their delivery timelines.

What Multiply Money cannot be used for

Multiply Money may not be used for:

• Purchases outside of the Multiply Online Shop or participating partner retailers

• Cash withdrawals

• Services or products not supported by Multiply’s partner network

• Transactions below the minimum payment wallet spend requirement
