Julie Valerie is Ada Valentina Valerie's troubled and some time's crazy older sister. Julie has always been the odd one in the family, the black sheep. Julie is over 400 pounds; she uses drugs, she is out all hours of night, either getting drugs or getting men or women. Julie never spends time with her three kids who she always leaves with Ada.
