- N.B: 1/ Kindly note that DSTV Now & Netflix have been pre-installed. 2/ We recommend not upgrading DSTV Now & Netflix via GOOGLE play store as it may prevent those Apps from working (the latest DSTV Now version might not be compatible on the TV box). 3/ Avoid resetting the unit to its default state as DSTV Now & Netflix might not work properly. 4/ The maximum resolution is dependent of your internet speed. The faster the connection, the better & higher the resolution attained. It will automatically be adjusted if speed declines to keep smooth display (It’s a normal phenomenon). 5/ AAA batteries are not included in the package. 2/ You will need to keep 1 x free USB port to operate the air mouse.

Although it's stated that an external hard drive is supported, it doesn't say what's the maximum capacity of terabytes of a external hard drive this media player can handle up to.
