The tablet stopped charging the battery image on the screen had a question mark on it then it went off. It wont charge and go back on. We requested a exchange on this product and have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for the item to be collected. We get told someone was here and no one was home. This is absolute nonsense its lock down and we have 3 children who are not going to school my husband is home to take care of the children and I work from home on some days .. Someone is always home and we are still waiting. Terrible product and Loot couldnt care less aboute the consumer.
