Maxine Albro (January 20, 1903 Ayrshire, Iowa - July 19, 1966 Los Angeles) was an American muralist, and printmaker. She grew up in Los Angeles. In 1920, she moved to San Francisco. She studied at the California School of Fine Arts from 1923 to 1925, at the Art Students League in 1926, and at the Acad mie de la Grande Chaumi re in 1927. She was an assistant to Diego Rivera; she studied with Pablo O'Higgins.
