Next in the SmartLab Challenge series, kids get answers to 1,000 questions about their bodies. Health and fitness, nutrition, sleep and even what it takes to stay mentally alert it's all covered in this often "eeewww!" inspiring game book. From amino acids to exercise, nutrition to zinc, kids test their knowledge by using the 1- or 2-player electronic game component to answer randomly chosen questions. Each game is timed and a score is posted at the end.
