Current legal problems, Vol 45 - Annual review 1992 (Paperback)

"Current Legal Problems" has been produced by the Faculty of Laws of University College, London for 40 years. This year its publication moves to Oxford University Press.;In a departure from past practice the editors and publisher have agreed that beginning in 1992 "Current Legal Problems" will appear in two volumes. The lectures and seminars in the series will continue to appear in the autumn of each year in the annual collection which will be referred to as Part 2. In addition, a new venture, the Review, will be published annually each spring.;The Review aims to provide a high-quality analysis of fundamental legal developments in each of the six core areas: contract, criminal law, European community law, property law, public law and tort. Each Review covers a legal year: thus the first volume covers the legal year which began on 1st October 1990 and ended on 31st July 1992. Developments during the 1991 summer vacation are also dealt with where possible, and will otherwise be covered in next year's Review.
