From the 5th Septemher to the 25th of Octoher.--The revising harristers now hold their courts. All persons interested therein should not fail to attend. Puhlic notice on the chureh and chapel doors, and in the newspapers, is given of the time of holding the several courts. The claims and ohjections of persons who do not attend will he disallowed, and persons ohected to will have their names expunged, if they he ahsent. Mistakes may he corrected. The 1st day of Novemher.--The new registers of voters, throughout the country, take effect. Copies are sold hy the. returning officers, at a reasonahle price. Should an election I take place hetween this day and the 1st of Novemher, next i year, those persons only can vote who have heen inserted in such registers; hut persons may tender their votes if the revis ing harrister decided against them. Claim to he Rated.--As the parish officers are not in the hahit of dividing premises into different tenements, it becomes necessary, in order to ohtain the right to he registered, for the j occupiers of shops, workshops, warehouses, counting-houses, and other lodgings or huildings, to give notice ot the occupaney to the overseei-s, and to claim to he rated. No particular form of claim to he rated is ahsolutely necessary, for a mere verhal request of an overseer is sufficient, hut the following form may he adopted: --CLAIM TO RE RATED.
