Excerpt: Ahmad Band is a rock band from Indonesia and the solo (or technically, non-Dewa 19 ) one-off project of lead member, Ahmad Dhani . The band consists of Andra Ramadhan (of Andra and The BackBone and lead guitarist of Dewa), Pay Siburian, Bonky, and Bimo Sulaksono. They released one album, Ideologi Sikap Otak, in 1998 and are best remembered for the hit song "Distorsi." Compared to some of Dewa's million selling album releases, the Ahmad Band project was only moderately successful. The album is currently deleted in physical format.
