Very happy with the freezer, but NOT happy with Loot's service. I was informed it could take up to three weeks to arrive, I checked in online to see if anything had changed - it hadn't. But then it arrived without any notification, no email, no warning via text message - completely out of the blue. I had not had a chance to prepare the space it had to go into. The local couriers are not furniture movers and struggled. We had to get help to move it in and the whole experience was slap dash and unsatisfactory.
