The several towns are authorized and directed, at Sni"/for their annual meetings, or at any regular meeting called for j j g the purpose, to raise such sums of money, for the support of K-s-15 12, the schools aforesaid, as they shall judge necessary; which sums shall be assessed and collected in like manner as other town taxes. 11. The qualified voters of the city of Cambridge at the SlfSSainannual meeting shall choose seven persons for a School Com-rter mittee, two of whom shall be residents in Ward Number s 26 an'e P 17One, three in Ward Number Two, and two in Ward Number Three. 12.
