Ordered, That the Clerk do go down to the House of Commons and acquaint that House, that the Senate have passed this Bill, to which they desire their concurrence The Honourable Mr. Kerr (Cobourg) moved, seconded by the Honourable Mr. Wilson, That a Message be sent to the House of Commons by one of the Masters in Chancery, to communicate to that House the evidence taken before the Standing Committee on Divorce, to whom was referred the Bill (J) intituled: "An Act for the relief of Eliza Robertson," and the papers referred to them, with a request that the same be returned to this House. The question of concurrence being put thereon, the same was resolved in the affirmative, and Ordered accordingly.
