Record Keeping does not have to be complicated There is no right or
wrong way to keep records, but hopefully these simple forms will
simplify your efforts. Study Plan: The first form is a simple Study
Plan to fill out at the beginning of the year or semester...Feel
free to put as few or as many details in it as you would like. You
will notice that it includes space to list Resources you plan to
use - which can include much more than just textbooks. Grade Sheet:
There are spaces provided for tracking grades. This can be
particularly useful for figuring grades for your high school
students. You do not need to use every space provided. Monthly
Calendars: Twelve monthly calendars are included; these are great
for tracking attendance and for recording field trips, and other
special, one-time events. Lesson Plan Pages: These pages include
two pages for each week's plan, with each day scheduled out. This
works well for students who like to have daily goals. Credit
Tracking Pages: One hundred and twenty hours is often recognized as
the minimum amount of time to spend on one topic to earn a high
school credit. These simple credit tracking pages make it simple to
