It is the corner near us, with the three walnut-trees, and Horry has been very generous in the matter. You know they have for a long time jestingly talked of her intended purchase. As soon as she opened Robert's letter, check in hand, she turned to Horry, and the bargain was concluded and the first payment made. So your daughter is chatelaine of 'The Walnuts.'
