Christian Slater stars in this espionage thriller as a former agent on the trail of a vigilante hitman. When terrorists on America's most-wanted list start being eliminated by an unknown killer, American ambassador Ashdown (Donald Sutherland) enlists the help of ex-FBI agent Biggs (Slater) to trace the assassin's identity before there's an international incident. But with the clock ticking, the body count rising, and his investigation stalling, Biggs soon finds himself being drawn into a deadly game of cat and mouse against a ruthlessly efficient opponent.
