In the event having trouble to activate the USB fans please try the following:

1: If the USB fans do not activate when plugged into your laptop try plug the USB directly into a plug point (Cell Phone Charger) as the fans have been standing for a while and require the initial power to help them move.

2: Secondly, there is a sweet spot - roughly half-way - that you have push in the USB connector into the laptop for the fans to activate.
