The Place of Justice (Paperback)

This eclectic collection examines the way laws regulate geographical space and includes detailed case studies of the impact of law on animal resources, children of divorce and where they live, aboriginal rights, and street protest. The contributors of these writings are the winners of a legal analysis and reform essay competition organized by the Law Commission of Canada.
