"No customer support" by Match -
No instructions in the package only a pointer to an inaccessible website. Eventually found the installation instructions on the Internet. Instruction says open the box and set the spacer aside. No spacer to be seen anywhere. So I contact Loot and get an ongoing run-around and a month later I am still waiting for my spacer. Absolutely useless supplier.

Genius it does not include one, and the website worked fine for me. I also have the now more expensive bx300 wich had a bracket and it use to be cheaper on sale for R499 and the bx500 is more of a budget ssd. But you don't need the spacer I just aligned the holes of the ssd with the hard drive braket and it works perfectly even while hovering in the air.
