My Visit to the Land of Childhood (Paperback)

In this story, an adult who suddenly finds herself in the land of Childhood. When she arrives she meets a boy who is sad because he knows he is growing up, and will have to leave this wonderful place. This book shows how the adult and the boy talk things over and the adult tries to reassure him that everything will be alright. Because the book is written in verse, children may gain an early appreciation for poetry.
