D. 1919, that Elizabeth Wurzel and Georgle Wurzel, and all others concerned, appear in said court on Friday, the 22d day of August, A. D. 1919, at 10 o'clock A. M., to show causo why such application should not be granted. Let notice hereof be published in Tho Washington Law Reporter and Evening Star once in each of three successive weeks before the return day herein mentioned, the first publication to be not loss than thirty davs before said return Seal day.
