An Egyptian Reading Book for Beginners (Hardcover)

1896. This work is a series of historical, funereal, moral, religious and mythological texts printed in hieroglyphic characters together with a transliteration and a complete vocabulary. Of the twenty Egyptian texts printed in this book, nine are taken from monuments inscribed in the hieroglyphic character, and eleven are transcripts into hieroglyphics from hieratic texts.
