Rollin Carolas Mallary (May 27, 1784 - April 15, 1831) was a U.S. Representative from Vermont.Born in Cheshire, Connecticut, Mallary was graduated from Middlebury College in 1805. He moved to Poultney, Vermont, studied law, was admitted to the bar and commenced practice in Castleton, in 1807.Mallary was elected trustee of the Rutland County Grammar School, Secretary to the Governor and Council, State's attorney for Rutland County. As a Democratic-Republican, he successfully contested the election of Orsamus C. Merrill to the Sixteenth Congress.
