Residues of Veterinary Drugs in Foods (Paperback, Revised edition)

In response to a growing concern about mass-medication of food producing animals and the implications for human health and international trade, an expert consultation was convened. From this a priority list of veterinary drugs requiring evaluation was drawn up and subsequently has been updated. This paper presents the results of the evaluation of these drugs.
